Week 51: WOTW Pictures

Hello Everyone :)
I did not take many pictures this week, but pictures is all I have time to send in my email. I love you all and I know God is real. He is merciful, SO merciful and will forgive us ten billion times over.
So much love to all of you
Love, Sestra Call
There was a little bird who came and sang to me on the windowsill this morning. He was probably a little angel.
We went to a beautiful little town called Telč today.

And I met my new mission president and his family!! This is my zone of missionaries and President Skousen and his wife are standing to my left if you can see that. They are AMAZING and I love them already.

Week 49 WOTW: Gratitude (I know I use this one a lot)

So, I'd like to share a little thought that I had last night 😊

I feel like this happens every single week but last night, Sister Lane and i really wanted to reach our goal for finding another person who wanted to be taught. It was the last hour of the night and I was honestly praying my heart out for a miracle. We decided to call some of the numbers in our record of people who were interested in learning more about faith and there was this one woman named Růžena who we had already tried to call maybe five times, over the past few months we've had her information. But, we felt like we should call again and we did. And you know what? It was a miracle because she answered and was interested and wanted to meet and learn more.
Now. that was quite a lovely experience, but not exactly what I wanted to share.
I was praying last night and thanking God for the miracles of the week. I have to say, in Prague, things were pretty busy all the time. We had a lot of people to teach and help and a lot of places to go and it's been hard for me with transitioning to a smaller place that doesn't have a whole lot going on. And over the last month and a half I've prayed a lot and really hard for miracles(specific ones that I wanted and thought we needed). I wanted the Lord to just start dumping them on us and magically turn this area into this beehive of busyness and stuff 🐝🐝🐝 and in my moment of thanking God I finished my prayer and the thought came to my mind, "you need to be thanking God, just as fervently and frequently for these miracles, as you begged Him for them."
I think I'm pretty bad at that, honestly...but, I can't stop thinking about that thought. I know that God is so good. I know He loves His children whether they are grateful or not, but gratitude means everything to Him. I want to be better at noticing and expressing gratitude to Him for even the tiny miracles. Because, maybe sometimes the specific things we want don't even happen....so what then? Am I just mad at God? Do I just beg, and beg, and beg? Or do I take every opportunity I can to thank Him for every thing else I already have? I'm trying to work on that.
Another thing I wanted to say was I met Sister Prochazková, the sweet and amazing older woman who we've been calling each Sunday and she is amazing. Also, seeing all the members yesterday for a special conference was so much fun. There is one woman named Sestra Fejtová (I sent a picture of their family last week) and she always asks about the people we are teaching and even though she speaks super good English, she'll speak Czech with me so I can practice, haha. And her son came to our English class this last week to help us out and it was so amazing! The conference was beautiful. I cried. Haha. We talked about the stake goal of getting a temple in the Czech Republic and what we need to do to get it here. I want one here so bad.
We also had a mission wide conference which was FANTASTIC. I got to see everyone I was in the MTC with and hear from President and Sister Gehring one last time before they finish their mission and return to the states next week.
I love you all and hope you have an awesome week filled with moments of joy 💛😊
